Noosletter # 11

One for Pamela

Those present:  Denise, Elaine, Flemming, Mick.   (and Pamela, in spirit)

We met at the turnoff and proceeded to the mounatin without any major problems. This was a first as the road in had given us some problems in our past visits to this area. The only worry on this trip was the dust, causing us to keep a fair distance between the cars.
We didn't have the usual coffee at the "parking area" as there was an "extreme fire danger" warning at the time, and we didn't want to take any chances ....
We made our way to the top, with the now "compulsory" stop at turtle rock. There was some more "destruction" since we were here last, with some trees toppled, or broken off some way up. The "cardinal" rocks were, however, still there, and for me, it was like greeting some old friends.

We each moved around, seeking that place which suited us best, with Flemming sitting on "west rock", and the rest of us finding smaller, "nondescript" places to site our bums.  It almost seemed as if we didn't want to accept the reason for us being here at this time..  We really didn't want to accept that Pamela was gone.  After some time we all settled into a "group conversation", discussing many and varied topics.  Then, as if by a an unseen signal, we each went  into our own meditation. My own feelings at this time were towards peace for all, and within minutes, I recieved,"Stand upon the cardinals this day. Take your stone with you. It will become your 'wishing stone', but beware of that which you wish for, it may come true ".    I asked which stone to start at and which way to face, and was told: " At the west, face east, and at the north, face south"

I did as instructed, but there was no "special" vibes or sensations this time.  I returned to my "lunchtime" rock and went into an immediate and deep meditation, almost without any intention.
The world "rocked and flexed" backwards and forwards for a few minutes, before settling into a purple haze..... bright flecks of  gold shot from right to left, before my eyes perceived a "gaggle" of little balls, almost like looking inside a bean bag.......   Suddenly I was in the treetops, cavorting with a glorious blue/gold butterfly.....  We soared and banked and dipped and climbed.... Playing "chasey" among the leaves and branches, diving occasionally towards an entity at ground level, who I discerned as myself in the physical.....

I soon snapped out of this state, and looked around me... The butterflies were still cavorting in the treetops, and I longed to be back with them.    Denise "came out" of her meditation, and we watched the butterflies....   She had asked Pamela if she was with us, and to show us some butterflies if so.....   We nodded to each other in silent understanding.

I had the destinct impression that we "were not to dwell on the past, but to look to the future"...

We made our way down soon after, and with hugs all round, departed.........

Micks Musings

Pamela has progressed, we should now follow our own paths.
Wonderfully peaceful this day.
Some nasty little ticks around...
Great conversation,  candid discussions ....
Thank you Madam Butterfly!
"LOOK TO THE FUTURE"
Still haven't made a wish.......
